Good inexpensive food and friendly staff, food came out right away but the atmosphere in the restaurant was a little tired. They did have a vegetarian dish for my girlfriend which was a major plus.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Fuji Yama. The food overall was just okay, but the onion soup was genuinely bad and not enjoyable at all. The service was the biggest issue. We didn’t receive our soups until after our entrées came out, despite reminding our server multiple times. Instead of checking on us, she was sitting at a table next to us on her phone. When I finally asked for a drink refill, she brought me the wrong drink. Between the poor service and the lackluster food, this place just isn’t worth the money or the time. I’d recommend saving both and eating somewhere else.

Not only will you get verbally abused by the lady at the register heaven forbid you try to call and order, then when you go to pay for your to-go order if you don't pay attention she will add a 10.00 tip for you. If you change the amount the food she gives you will have no sauce and will be completely wrong. Not only does she yell and scream at customers she does it to her staff as well and is the reason we don't sit down to eat.

Food is consistently good and always quick to get your order no matter if you go in to eat or get it to go. Plenty of parking. Even if it's busy you still don't have to wait long fit for a table.

Food was very good. The soup, classic. The salad dressing, classic and nostalgic. Great food portions. Clean. Could use a little remodeling. Otherwise, I would love to come back sometime.
My daughter and I gave this place a second chance overall they have made some good improvements. The staff is friendly. I have my favorite waitress now most of the time the food is very generous portions And is good and always fresh

Maybe it is because we live where there is more variety of Asian food…but my children got a good laugh at the food here. My youngest said the miso soup was salty tap water! My oldest said the lo mein were literally spaghetti noodles! Nothing about this place is really a Japanese steakhouse or hibachi..more in the lines of hospital food... But, the service was friendly and prompt.
