First of all if there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I would have chosen to select instead of 1 star, The manager who goes by banky? spanky? I’m not sure what she calls herself but she needs to be fired. There is no costumer service there i’m not even sure if there are employees there half the time i try and order, they never answer the phone, I see the manager and multiple other employees smoking outside in the parking lot which is very unwelcoming, the store is very dirty and anyone can see that if they take a look, I have also seen a manager bring her dog inside as well and lets it sit on the counters??? I thought this was a food service not a doggy day care. Overall I think Little Ceasers of brevard should have a cooperate office come and do a check because i’m sure that hasn’t happened in a long while!

Haven't seen the first employee. I'm 10 mins past my order time. I've seen 5 customers come in and leave. I would too if I hadn't already paid and ordered online. Severely understaffed. The first employee I saw, just walked out the door past 4 of us standing here without a word.

Get there, manager says be right with you. 5 minutes later I walk out no service. I am on my lunch break, would've taken her nothing to get a hot and ready and cash me out. Horrible service and even more ridiculous it was management with the poor customer service. She should be fired.

It’s been a long time since I’ve visited LC. The pizzas use to be sub par but the other night I got 2 perfect pizzas and great service! Best pizza I’ve had in a while!! I will be back.

Why is it that EVERY TIME we order pizza from this place, we always have problems?! Tired of fighting for a simple pizza. Will be going ANYWHERE else from now on. Also, when they do screw up and you don't get your food, it's not just a simple refund. It's all the hassle of having to go through "corporate". If they're not going to deliver what they promise, shut down.

I am just leaving positive feedback for management of this location. I stopped in on 8/15 headed to Brevard, NC. I was anxious, tired, in pain and hungry! I purchased crazy bread and it was the best crazy bread I’ve had to date. In addition, I was shocked to see Little Ceasar’s cookies. The locations in my city (Valdosta) does not provide them to patrons anymore. I was elated to meet Mr. Tanner! He had a warm smile, professional demeanor and was very helpful when I asked about where I was located. Please acknowledge Tanner’s superb customer service! This AF veteran was pleased and I am tempted to visit again on my way back home this Sunday!
Update: I ended up stopping through again but Tanner was not there and there was no Crazy bread available. However, Tyler was kind enough to bake a fresh batch of breadsticks and brought them to my vehicle. He was professional and attentive to my desire for hot, fresh bread! I appreciate him and will visit this Little Caesars along my future route to The Carolinas!!!

I am just leaving positive feedback for management of this location. I stopped in on 8/15 headed to Brevard, NC. I was anxious, tired, in pain and hungry! I purchased crazy bread and it was the best crazy bread I’ve had to date. In addition, I was shocked to see Little Ceasar’s cookies. The locations in my city (Valdosta) does not provide them to patrons anymore. I was elated to meet Mr. Tanner! He had a warm smile, professional demeanor and was very helpful when I asked about where I was located. Please acknowledge Tanner’s superb customer service! This AF veteran was pleased and I am tempted to visit again on my way back home this Sunday!
Update: I ended up stopping through again but Tanner was not there and there was no Crazy bread available. However, Tyler was kind enough to bake a fresh batch of breadsticks and brought them to my vehicle. He was professional and attentive to my desire for hot, fresh bread!
