Stopped a little after 3. Drive thru wrapped around the building, all the curbside spots were full, they were taking a delivery, and it was tough finding a spot. Ordered my meal, no pickles, and the fry bag wasn't full. Was just passing through, so not really losing sleep over it, just disappointed.

Girl that took my order in the drive thru was anything but respectful. I was met with swift stiffneck exclamation remarks. How rude and disrespectful! I'm not hard to get along with but I'm not going to deal with that for a Happy Meal. Takes the Happy right out of the meal.

I’m sure adding another 1 star review in addition to all of the others won’t make a difference because service clearly isn’t at the top of the list for this establishment. Anyway, every time I come through the drive thru, whether ordering on the app or at the window, I always have to pull around and wait on food that is always wrong. This time, I had to come all the way back to the store to get my correct item. If there was another restaurant within a reasonable distance, this location would have gone out of business a long time ago.

The hours show this location being open until 11pm. I came through the drive through at 10:20 and was told they were closed.

My fiancé had a bad experience here. He ordered a meal through the app and added several sauces, which were shown as free. The receipt confirmed it. But when he got the order, they only gave him one sauce and told him the rest weren’t free. When he showed the receipt, they took it from him and didn’t give it back. He had to pay again for the sauces. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Bad. Not good. They told us to wait and took orders from 3 people that came after us through the other line. Then, after we got to the window and paid, we waited 10 minutes and then they asked us to pull up. We then decided to get a refund, which they said they can't do at the window. I asked for the managers name and they would not give it to us. Then we asked for the district managers name and number and they said no, that I need to just call corporate office with it.....on top of them not even being apologetic at all or nice, they blamed it on a big order of cheeseburgers. They were hateful. I could say more but I've got to place my order at another better ran and polite restaurant. I will be spreading the word and calling corporate until satisfied. And we are total diehards buddy.

I had hopes after they replaced the restaurant with a new one they could get service at s more speedier pace. After a year they are still the slowest drive thru in town and I believe they don't really care because they have hundreds of comments and complaints saying so. Poorly run McDonald's that's only consistent in being slow and seemingly disinterested in providing any decent service. The no refill policy inside in 2025 only shows the stores interest in profits over customer satisfaction. The food is fine but the wait time automatically puts you in a state of anger souring any enjoyment it may have given you if any. Hopefully a better franchise owner will eventually take over and improve the issues the current owner has no desire to fix

The food was terrible. I don't know if that was a result of McDonald's effort to control costs or that restaurant's shortcomings. It is very noisy, probably because of the building design.

Slow drive thru and no free refills on drinks if eating inside however it's super clean and friendly service with great tasting fast-food

Came through drive through ordered order was NOT correct.. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager… And I said ok great what’s your name she proceeds to say I’m not giving that information out. Since when do MANAGERS NOT give their name?
