i stood at the counter while two employees rushed around to make other peoples food. definitely not their fault, but the employee at the computer took an order over the phone right infront of me and another customer, then said “one minute” and went back behind another counter to work on food. i stood there for about twenty minutes total, and left without my order being taken. i’ve worked in food service, so i know how frustrating it is to be in the employee’s position. at the same time, the customer infront of you is your top priority. absolutely ridiculous and i hope management can step it up. really wanted some pizza :(

Made a delivery order through my app. They cancelled my order. I called to find out why and was hold all the way to the store and then waiting over an hour for my order at their restaurant. Why did they cancel my delivery? Because the delivery employee did not show up to work. Customer service did not seem to be a strong-suit for those working in the building.

Doordash does their deliveries, though ordering through the website doesn't immediately tell you this. I left a $10 tip for the delivery driver, without knowing this until the DD driver called and let me know she was on her way. According to her, she did not receive this tip.

When I called to ask them about this, the guy who answered said there's nothing Papa Johns could do for her and also said he couldn't (wouldn't) change my order to remove the tip that would not be going to anyone who delivered my food.

I asked for the manager and he said he WAS the manager and there was nothing he could do without removing and re-entering the order. No offer to make things right AT ALL. Then he hung up. I called again and asked his name, and he hung up on me again.

Got the order wrong. Eating out is too expensive to just fully not receive a topping on a pizza….also took an hour and a half (I know they’re short staffed but c‘mon)

We placed a carry out order through door dash nearly an hour before their listed closing time, my husband went to go pick it up 30 minutes before closing and the door was locked and the staff member heard him knocking and made eye contact with him, but never came to the door. My husband waited at the door for 15 minutes, the staff member knowing he was there and ignoring him. He called the store and then the staff finally decided to come to the door and tell my husband through the locked door that they closed early because of staffing and would not be making our order. I am completely understanding about staffing issues and the need to close early, but they went through the process of accepting the online order and then completely and blantantly ignoring my husband for 15 minutes while he is standing outside when he has knocked and made eye contact with the staff member multiple times. All he needed to do was come to the door when my husband first got there and let him know what was going on or put a note on the door and it would have been no issue. He did not make an attempt to even aknowledge my husband until he had to call the store while the staff member was sitting in the office ignoring him. Again, neither my husband or myself are upset regarding the store closing early, but at least take a minute to tape a paper sign to the door or just don’t accept the order in the first place. If neither of those can be done, then have the decency to tell a customer who has been waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes and just wanting to know what was going on that you are closed and would not be preparing the order when he initially arrives. Not completely and willfully ignoring him for the entire 15 minutes.

No pizzas ready had to wait for almost 30 mins for two and paid out the butt for bad service! Man brevard can do better will not be back this place is a joke. If I was you wanting pizza I would buy something else somewhere else save time and money!
