We placed a carry out order through door dash nearly an hour before their listed closing time, my husband went to go pick it up 30 minutes before closing and the door was locked and the staff member heard him knocking and made eye contact with him, but never came to the door. My husband waited at the door for 15 minutes, the staff member knowing he was there and ignoring him. He called the store and then the staff finally decided to come to the door and tell my husband through the locked door that they closed early because of staffing and would not be making our order. I am completely understanding about staffing issues and the need to close early, but they went through the process of accepting the online order and then completely and blantantly ignoring my husband for 15 minutes while he is standing outside when he has knocked and made eye contact with the staff member multiple times. All he needed to do was come to the door when my husband first got there and let him know what was going on or put a note on the door and it would have been no issue. He did not make an attempt to even aknowledge my husband until he had to call the store while the staff member was sitting in the office ignoring him. Again, neither my husband or myself are upset regarding the store closing early, but at least take a minute to tape a paper sign to the door or just don’t accept the order in the first place. If neither of those can be done, then have the decency to tell a customer who has been waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes and just wanting to know what was going on that you are closed and would not be preparing the order when he initially arrives. Not completely and willfully ignoring him for the entire 15 minutes.

No pizzas ready had to wait for almost 30 mins for two and paid out the butt for bad service! Man brevard can do better will not be back this place is a joke. If I was you wanting pizza I would buy something else somewhere else save time and money!

We called to order and pick it up and they told us our total and we headed there. we ended up showing about 10 minutes early so we waited until the time they told us it would be ready. when we went in to pick it up they had never even put the order in. nobody was making pizza, or doing anything for that matter. you're better off buying a frozen pizza than visiting this establishment.

This is a fast food pizza chain. Located on a back street in Brevard. They have delivery and pick up. Pick up is fast and easy. Prices are reasonable and pizza is usually good. Especially the specialty pizzas! Enjoy

They called me and said they didn't have a driver and that I'd have to pick it up myself, wait 4 hours for someone to come to work or they'd cancel it so they cancelled it.
Tried to get three medium three topping pizzas supposed to be 7.99 each. The manager On duty said the computers were down. I got small pizzas and he pocketed the money. June 24

Manager is too scared to have a conversation about why the food was canceled. Won't listen to you to understand just hangs up on you. Seems to be the type of person who thinks they're always right and doesn't understand mistakes and refuses to let you order from them again. I would waste my money on better places because the food is sub par. i'm sure no one likes the manager for the night because they always think they're right. Wouldn't recommend unless you're ready for an argument that you'll just be hung up on. Hopefully a brave manager can call me back to talk to me since there was never an argument.

This place has gone down hill. They've had 3 different managers in the last 6 months. They never have drivers. And management was rude when i called after waiting 2 1/2 hrs later for 1 pizza.

treat their employees with respect then you wouldn't have such a high turn over in employees and you would also keep a delivery driver! Treat them fair by not taking their tips when the customer pays for their food with a credit card.
