Stopped by Quixote Fine cuisine and unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. I ordered the Real Old Fashioned, and it tasted like a premade syrup mix, not balanced, not fresh, and easily the worst old fashioned I’ve had. We also got the churros, which were overcooked and stayed weirdly crispy even when mixed into the ice cream.
This is a tourist trap. You’re better off heading across to Wood and Vine, much better quality and overall experience.

We randomly stopped for lunch and we were nothing but impressed by the service, the quality and the atmosphere on top of the food being outstanding! One of our party had a gluten allergy and they did absolutely wonderful in accommodating it! Our server was spot on and the chef came out to make sure everything was OK!

We are only in town for three nights, but this place is so fresh and delicious we came here for dinner all three nights in a row. Not only are all of the cocktails made fresh with every ingredient, every sauce, tortilla, bread, even their chips are hand cut and fried in house. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and this atmosphere does not disappoint! We need more than five stars for this place! They also have great music on the patio.

Outdoor seating on a large sheltered patio on a cool autumn evening with the warm glow of heating towers around us lent itself to the inviting ambiance of our family gathering. Further enhanced with a local craft Oktoberfest from a surprisingly extensive list, excellent, unique and tasteful Mexican food with welcoming friendly and helpful service. This was our evening at Quixote Fine Cuisine. All this and only 2 miles from the naturally beautiful environs of Deerwoode Reserve. What a wonderful weekend in Brevard North Carolina. ?❤️?

I came in from out of town and had the tequila marinated pork shank, absolutely fantastic! Service was top notch, Marcel explained the menu and made recommendations.

We are so incredibly grateful for everything you did to make our wedding day so perfect! The food was phenomenal (we got soooo many compliments on every aspect) and we are so happy with how the entire menu turned out. We were so impressed by the way you handled the family-style dinner -- everyone loved that you came around and offered them additional helpings and refills on drinks too. And the table settings looked great! The cocktails were delicious, we were so impressed at how you had them prepared so that people could grab them without waiting in line, and we loved the little stickers that you created to put on the cups!! Also, the churros and ice cream! Omg so good! We truly were just so happy with everything, and our guests raved.
Everyone we have spoken to who interacted with you also sang your praises. You did great all around and made an incredible impression! You are truly a pleasure to work with, made us feel so special, and we loved getting to support your business because you are such good people. <3

Fish tacos were great. No lettuce in them, which I usually really enjoy. Approx 4 big pieces of lightly breaded mahi fish that tasted amazing with sliced purple onion and a tomato based sauce as well as chipotle sauce to put on it.
Chips and salsa didn't come with but we ordered it. Wow! BEST homemade tortilla chips and salsa ever!!! I should've asked for to go salsa and chips !!!
Green Verde and Red salsa has a little kick and extremely savory and flavorful.
