We are only in town for three nights, but this place is so fresh and delicious we came here for dinner all three nights in a row. Not only are all of the cocktails made fresh with every ingredient, every sauce, tortilla, bread, even their chips are hand cut and fried in house. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and this atmosphere does not disappoint! We need more than five stars for this place! They also have great music on the patio.

Outdoor seating on a large sheltered patio on a cool autumn evening with the warm glow of heating towers around us lent itself to the inviting ambiance of our family gathering. Further enhanced with a local craft Oktoberfest from a surprisingly extensive list, excellent, unique and tasteful Mexican food with welcoming friendly and helpful service. This was our evening at Quixote Fine Cuisine. All this and only 2 miles from the naturally beautiful environs of Deerwoode Reserve....

I came in from out of town and had the tequila marinated pork shank, absolutely fantastic! Service was top notch, Marcel explained the menu and made recommendations.

Had the pleasure to speak to the owner and hear his great story. Thanks for sharing your family recipes, I’ll be back!
