I stopped in for a quick coffee and ended up standing at register for a solid fifteen minutes several employees looked at me multiple times and didn’t ask if I needed help or even speak to me. I eventually left without being served. I never felt so profiled in my life very unsettling atmosphere rude and disappointing not what I expected from a Starbucks. I’m going back to Dunkin’s always good service and great atmosphere always pleased to serve there!

I normally go every week to do some work at this location and this time I’m not sure if one of the employees was having a bad day but I was treated so rudely. I normally sit outside with my dog and this person gave me a hard time for bringing the dog in to order. I’ve been going for years doing this without issue, if the policy changed I understand. Either way I felt he could have been much more respectful in helping me order if I needed my dog outside. It was an extremely awkward and intense interaction… when it didn’t need to be. Not a welcoming place to go anymore unfortunately I won’t be returning.

You're all wonderful and I know it's not easy to deal with masses of often bitchy people, but I've always felt very welcome and like I can read and chill in peace. And this is coming from someone who is almost always one step away from a panic attack without the caffeine, so that's saying something lol!!
