My husband and I come here one a year and it’s such a treat every time. The service is great and the food is delicious. We adore this restaurant

We went here for the first time this evening and were incredibly impressed. When you take a couple that's doing Dry January, one a vegetarian, one a meat eater, and want to eat at the bar....
The Blind Mule was perfect for all of this. For me, the salmon special was SPOT ON. For her the shakshuka was deliciously spicy and flavorful. Even the mocktails were outstanding.
More importantly, we spoke with Carole (one of the owners) for a while and she exuded warmth and kindness. The bartender was fantastic and the ambience was exactly our style.
I can't recommend it more.

There appeared to be only one server for the entire place with a backup/clean up. We were seated about twenty minutes before any service or drinks ordered. When the drinks arrived the vodka martini arrived warm without olives or garnish of any kind. We walked to the bar ourselves to ourselves to request and receive olives. I ordered trout which is our local fish. It appeared to be cooked from frozen and was rubbery. It was not edible and returned. Our other two meals were assessed as marginal. No one inquired about the return or apologized for the meal. The desserts were good and arrived with a candle for birthday. The owner always comes by but in our case it was before the food arrived which does not allow for a valid assessment. We love to support local business but we won’t go back here. It’s cute and friendly but the food is way less than acceptable.

Total disappointment. Get a burger and a beer somewhere else.

We chose this place for a date night destination. While the food was good, it was not exceptional, especially for the price 😱
The service was mediocre and the portions were absolutely child sized. My husband left the restaurant still hungry which is absolutely unacceptable. One and done! Look elsewhere
Top notch upscale food with excellent service. Spent 3 nights in Brevard and had the restaurant not been closed on the other 2 nights, we would have gone here again. It was really that good.

Great restaurant in Brevard. One of the few good ones. Kept meaning to come and finally got in. Ann was an excellent bartender/server.

Had a great dinner with the wife at The Blind Mule in downtown Brevard. We shared a bunch of small plates which were all quite tasty. Finished the meal off right with an amazing flourless chocolate cake covered in a chocolate ganache.
Our server was friendly and attentive and our food came out in a timely manner.
This is a quiet & elegant setting that is perfect for a special occasion.
4.5 Stars!

Food was okay but not delivered as described on the menu. Service was spotty and we kept looking for our waiter. If you want crackers/bread with your Brie or charcuterie, it’s an extra charge.
This restaurant is not child friendly. Their high chairs do not have safety dividing boards on them and a child could easily slip out. Their bathrooms do not changing tables.

Food was... Fine. Baked brie served without bread or crakers is un-american. Brie accoutrements were cold compared to Brie, which was warm adjacent. Empanadas fantastically non-authentic thou decently flavoroured.

While our server was lovely once she came to our table when we were seated by the hostess we weren’t given the specials menu, waters, or the cocktail menu like other tables were. We tried the Italian porchetta empanadas and lamb tikka masala meatballs and split the trout with cheese grits and spinach. The food was good-the meatballs had a delicious sauce and were the highlight, the pepita crusted trout was prepared well but the spinach served with it was bland-everything could have used a little seasoning. We each had the pear spiced old fashioned which was good but given the gigantic ice ball seemed a little skimpy. Would say a little over priced for our experience

The Blind Mule is such a gem in Brevard. I grew up in Brevard and am in town every couple of months to visit friends and family. The atmosphere is relaxed but the space has a lot of attention to detail and pleasant. Carol is always courteous and stops by for a friendly conversation. The waitstaff are friendly and knowledgable. The cocktails are excellent! The food is very very good and the small plates menu changes every few months so there's always something new but also some yummy standards. I always look forward to going and typically book a reservation as soon as I know I'm going to be in town. Highly recommend.

Came here for dinner after a wedding. Lovely staff & great food. Smaller groups are probably best, but they were able to accommodate our party of 7. Will be visiting again next time I'm in NC!
