We came here with a large group and the service was impeccable. Most of the people had the trout and said it was absolutely delicious. I had the fish and chips and it was wonderful. The drink prices are very reasonable.

We have eaten at The Falls Landing on prior visits. Always great food and service. On this visit for lunch the Rainbow Trout Lunch Special was terrfic. The trout was very good with rice and fresh green beans. Our waitress was very good, too. Note when checking hours of operation, they are closed mid-afternoon and reopen for dinner. We thought it was closed one afternoon and it was because Googlemaps showed closed yet it re-opened at 5:00PM. They have a small bar inside and nice booth and table seating.

We did not have reservations tonight - be sure to make them if you want to go - but the friendly hostess was able to find a table for us after a few minutes wait. The waitress, Brittany, was helpful and quick! The food was delicious, hot and freshly made. I had fish and chips. My husband had the pork steak. Both meals were great- especially the pork. Dessert was also top notch and very tasty! We would go back for sure!

We were told they had the best burger in town. First impressions: the table was dirty, the flowers half dead, silverware improperly placed. I could overlook all that however, I ordered a well done burger and fries, light mayo I was served cold fries, cold bun, and a rare burger. When I complained I was offered a dessert we chose keyline pie… it was awful. The meal should have been comped!!! Never will eat there again

The NC Trout was amazing we both had it. My wife said the cheese polenta is worth the 2.5 hr drive from CLT, hats off to the chief!! But what made the meal was our server Brittany she was very attentive and engaging ie AMAZING!!

This place had the vibe of a glorified bad dinner. Pork chop was unseasoned. It tasted so dry and boring. The crawfish sauce was cold, salt and pepper shakers were dirty grimey. Two slices of bread served with factory packaged slabs of butter, also factory packaged oyster crackers came with the soup.The soup was served piping warm.The 3 fingerling potatoes tasted like delicious just ordinary potatoes.. Very dark and dreary atmosphere.Bathrooms were not worthy of the menu prices. I have to wonder if the kitchen looked like the bathroom?The waitress was nice.
