I frequent the drive-thru of this location regularly. I consistently leave smiling simply because the people working here are courteous, friendly and personable. Tucker, the night manager, is especially kind and fun to chat with briefly as they send me on my way with pleasure. 😎

I ordered a Taki sandwich meal on doordash and got a soggy classic chicken sandwich with a baked potato with nothing on it when I ordered everything on it. When I went in after my 12-hour shift was over, they asked me if I had the sandwich. Said there was nothing they could do about it. I ordered that at 11:30 a.m. and threw it away after taking a picture and posting it on doordash with a complaint. I want the rest of my shift without eating because of that. And then they gave me attitude about asking them to correct it. If I could give zero Stars I would.

Really needed a meal late and cook out is not it... So reverted back to the classic. Was met with absolute pure hospitality from the moment I pulled up to order. It's where you see someone working a job That most people would despise, yeah Tucker... Who is running the show the manager was absolute world class and I wish him nothing the best for how nice he was to me and how professional he was.

We stopped be around 7:30 and had to wait at the Order Board for 9 minutes before he even took the Order.
It was VERY VERY SLOW but there were Only 3 or 4 cars ahead of us (couldn't see around the corner) Food was Fine but NEVER HAD SUCH SLOW SERVICE IT IS TIME THE CORPORATIONS START THINKING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AGAIN AND NOT PROFITS, PROFITS, PROFITS

Just moved to town last night. Got in late and we were hungry. Not knowing the area, google said the only thing open at 11pm was wendys. So we went there. Pulled up and asked the gentleman about chili. He said he only had 2 small, we said ok we will take that. Then he comes back and said he lied he only has one. I asked him if he was messing with me and he got mouthy. Then i asked about a family sized nugget as we are a family of 6. He told me i could order it on the app, while sittin the drive through. I said why would i do that when im already ordering here, he said just following protocol. Then i requested 10 cheeseburgers and was told no, if i wanted 10 i needed to call and order them in advance. So i said i wanna speak with your manager and he said he was one then told me i could catch him outside. Have made formal complaint with corporate. Seems like they were just lazy and didn't want to make food

My husband and I thad a mobile order placed we paid an extra for bacon, and we got a quarter of a strip of bacon. On you the receipt it says I paid $1.75 for three pieces the picture shows there were not three pieces. I ordered a apple pecan salad they told me they were all out and I had to get Caesar instead. I understand it's close to closing, but if items are not available they should not be offered. And when you pay extra for baking please make sure they're at least a whole strip. Managers check in on your night staff. When the drive-thru window open it smells like cigarette smoke inside the building.

How hard is it to get out there and wipe down tables and surfaces? Once an hour send someone out and disinfect!

We were the only people in the drive thru..diner was empty. Both deluxe orders had no lettuce, missing and order of french fries and both different dipping sauce.

Update: you served me a warm frosty. What is wrong with you. Placed my order 3 minutes before I pulled up and it was a custom frosty so it's not like there was time for it to melt. They've clearly stopped caring.

Old review: Came at 1 and the lot was pretty full, didn't have to wait long and my order was out in just a couple of minutes. Very fresh and delicious. Staff were kind and friendly.
