What you would expect with a Wendy's nothing extra nothing missing. I will say they put way too much of the stalk part of the lettuce in the salad. It was a huge salad as well if they just removed the stalky part of the lettuce and had the regular leafy part of the lettuce in there it would be a great salad. I shouldn't complain and just take out the extra stalks but that is also an inconvenience.

The staff closes early and refuses service to customers before their designated time to close. While the establishment is open. They hide in the back of the kitchen trying to close early. If the night staff was half as good as the day staff . This place would have a decent rating.

Went here March 24th at 630 pm. Got no fries with any orders, went back fries were cold when they finally gave them to me. And the guy working at the window must have left his personality at home. Pitiful!!!!!!

The food here is consistently decent. Today the staff was very polite however usually they are pretty rude. Last time I visited I saw the guy in the drive through window using his bare hands to pick up my fries which was kinda gross. Otherwise there is not much to complain about. My kids love their breakfast.

I just witnessed a pink haired manager or supervisor yelling at her subordinate. I watched the whole thing from the drive thru window. It just wasn't right. I think the team would benefit from some training on proper communication instead of yelling. Poor kid 😕

Cup of chili about an inch from the top of the cup. Employee curtly states they filled it to "line" like they're supposed to - the "line" is about a half an inch from the top. Still at counter, requested audience with manager. Before looking at cup of chili, m.o.d. (approximately 3pm, 10/24/24) immediately/quite curtly attempts to defend employee. After actually looking at the cup chili, the m.o.d. begrudgingly prepares a replacement cup of chili. They (Wendy's) keep digging deeper & deeper into my pockets, then are stingy/skimpy with their portions. I've been a customer of this Wendy's (Brevard, NC) for more than 20 years. Won't be back.
