Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Curious on how this place stays open. The food was terrible but the
service was even worse.

It's been awhile, thought I'd try again. Still terrible service. Maybe if the manager wasn't so worried about her mask, sunglasses and very dirty gloves she could get orders correct.

Out of every place we’ve even been to try and charge a cup of ice water the same as a full soda is astronomically crazy. Even more crappy than when McDonald’s started the trend of paying for sauces! Absolutely baffling…

Restaurant was very dirty, everywhere, from the soda fountain all the way to the booth.

Ordered online twice and both times I was missing my drinks.Also I order loaded fries and the bacon was raw.

Every time we eat here it gets worse and worse. I truly don't understand how a company charges so much for food but the employees seem to not give you even half of your food. I order the new fajitas made me sick. Also ordered the new Sauce boos box not even worth the money. I will let the pics speak for themselves. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone because some of the employees don't care.

Won't open dining. Drive thru only. Can somehow do hundreds of drive thru orders but one at the counter is just too much. Poor management.

I like Zaxbys but the price is high and the quantity of food for that price is depressing. World’s smallest chicken strips.

Owner/manager needs to examine how dirty every surface was filthy. Drink serving area, floors, bathrooms. Very surprising.

The girl behind the counter was great. Very welcoming and nice. Unfortunately, the fries and chicken fingers were cold. The food tasted like it was sitting out for a while. My wife wouldn't eat it and made me take her to the sub shop across the street.

I went with my family for the first time and we loved it so much that we returned the next day ⏭️. We ordered the chicken tenders combos, excellent flavor and cooking. The delicious cole slaw and the out-of-this-world fries. 😍

I think the food is better then normal. I really like the toast.

The men’s restroom was disgusting. Nasty restrooms always make me worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen. You’ll never see this at a Chick-fil-A.

Everything is so underfilled, especially for how much you're paying. The food is gross and soggy but exactly what i expected at zaxbys. sorry not sorry
