Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I went with my family for the first time and we loved it so much that we returned the next day ⏭️. We ordered the chicken tenders combos, excellent flavor and cooking. The delicious cole slaw and the out-of-this-world fries. 😍

I think the food is better then normal. I really like the toast.

The men’s restroom was disgusting. Nasty restrooms always make me worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen. You’ll never see this at a Chick-fil-A.

Well I ordered the new Chipotle ranch chicken taco's was super excited to try them because by the picture they look amazing, got them home opened them up and was very disappointed. I was expecting loads of lettuce and pico and sauce but I got the complete opposite. ?

Seriously slow service. Ordered teriyaki boneless wings...they must have run out of teriyaki sauce because the wings had only a little sauce on parts of it, not completely coated. French fries were not cooked all the way

Food is never ready for pickup at the recommended time. Usually end up waiting 10-15 past pickup time.

This was by far the worst fast food restaurant we have ever been to. The order was incorrect and we were over charged. We were able to receive a refund. The food was cold, even though we had to wait for it. The bathroom as well as the seating area were both dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Keep driving.

A manager should have been called while I was there. The single ice machine was broken, and the one on the coke machine wasn't working either. It was later fixed when I was about ready to leave which seemed to be stuck ice. Also the sweet tea was out, but the employee gave me some from the drive through area. Also the diet coke was out so my cousin had to get it from drive through area. A cartridge was finally replaced for that. Someone needs to take charge of these things. If it had been something big, I would have understood, but these just seem like small things that could have been taken care of much quicker.

!!!THIRTY-EIGHT MINUTE WAIT!!!When one employee is working and two are staring into space, it’s no wonder you don’t have any chicken ready? When chicken gets low, it puts more chicken in to cook so chicken no run out. Derp, derp, derp… Simple elementary school time management skills and basic work ethics are dead and ownership should be absolutely ashamed of this terrible excuse of a “FAST” food restaurant. Myself like many more will never be back.
