10/10 for this place. We're from out of town and passing through. Got the Philly cheese steak and smash burgers. The only thing I can say is that is the way a smash burger and Philly is supposed to be. I highly recommend. If you are near by do yourself a favor and stop in.

Grew up in Sanford since 97. Left back in 2012. I'll be honest I had always heard of this place, but had never tried it. Came to visit my best friend who's visiting his mom and we decided to get some breakfast here. It was all absolutely delicious and I'm upset I hadn't tried this before. This location is newer, but from what I'm told, they brought some stuff from their old location. If you are ever visiting Sanford, definitely give this place a try. You won't regret it. Service, food, and the atmosphere is all on point!

My boys and I stopped here for lunch while returning home from a fishing trip. All three of us had smash burgers and hands down it was one of the best we have ever had! Yes it really was that good. It was a perfectly buttered bun with their name branded into the top of it, thin crusty patty, and topped the true southern all the way(mustard, onions,chili,slaw)! Can't believe we have lived here for 7 years without stopping. Brass Kettle we will be back soon!
