Ordered an $8 dollar turkey and Swiss sandwich, a few of them but I have never in my life purchased an $8 dollar sandwich and get it with the heel of the loaf used on my sandwich and I got American cheese instead of the Swiss that gives the sandwich its name. Total came up to like $ 36 bucks huge waste of hard earned cash. Would not recommend this location.
I don't have an Arby's in my town, so when I pass by this Arby's it is a treat. The food is always good, but it seems like each time I come through it's "thank you for choosing Arby's please hold" then I'm sitting at the speaker for upwards of 5+ minutes, then when I pull up to the window I pay them I'm asked to pull up to past the window to wait for however long. The food is great but the wait sucks.
I am assuming they were having an off night but we had to go back twice to have our order fixed.
The second time I'm pretty sure the window person took the food they gave us and handed it to the correct customer.
Hopefully it is just a training issue that can be resolved by management.
