“Out of this world smashburgers!! We happened to be coming back from Gatlinburg and we like to return home by Cherokee MC, we happened to stop at Bryson City NC to grab a bite. One of the local shop owners recommended this food truck when we asked them “whee is the best greasy, home cooked burgers were in town and she said’Best burger I’ve ever had is the Big Laurel food truck.By far best!! They are usually at the local Brewery . I Guarantee this is the one of , if not the best cheeseburger I ever had!!! The serve ce was good too. Perfect From your Huntsville AL couple”

“I found this brewery because we happened to eat at the Rice Wagon next door. The beer I chose was fantastic. I wasn't expecting that. I think it was the Dark and Mild. The service was awesome. I hope to be back soon.”

“Been there a couple times and had the all American hot dog , honestly the best hot dog I’ve ever had ! Staff is amazing, restaurant is clean and nice , I HIGHLY recommend coming to Bryson City and giving this place a try , you won’t be disappointed!”

“Stopped for food on the way to Fontana. Food is hot and what you would expect but the girl at the drive thru was not pleasant at all. She didn't smile, was short with us, and forgot to give us straws so we waited at the window and she ignored us for several minutes before coming to the window. At that time another vehicle pulled up beside us and she had forgotten their straws too. She never asked what we needed, just had to tell her and then she never said "sorry about that", or anything else. Never smiled the whole time. The interaction was painful.”

“Yum! I got the vegetarian breakfast sandwich and caramel cider. Both were delicious. I took a cinnamon roll and jalapeño cheddar loaf of bread home. Also, delicious!! I will be back!!

“My daughter and I are celiac so we had to research before our train ride in Bryson to find a place that could provide lunch. Mountain perks exceeded our expectations. They were familiar with celiac, had dedicated prep space for gluten free items and had a ton of options, including several bakery items. It was such a treat!! And since I was diagnosed I have given up most baked goods but enjoyed a cinnamon raisin bagel that you could not even tell was gluten free. We come up twice a year and this will be one place we make a priority to visit. Their gluten free wraps are amazing also!!”

“It was like walking into one of my childhood memories of one of my favorite ice cream shops. My son got his superman ice cream(classic) and he had forgotten his stuffed animal and the owner was kind enough to come back to let us get it. As an out of towner we appreciated that kindness so much!”
