“Stopped for food on the way to Fontana. Food is hot and what you would expect but the girl at the drive thru was not pleasant at all. She didn't smile, was short with us, and forgot to give us straws so we waited at the window and she ignored us for several minutes before coming to the window. At that time another vehicle pulled up beside us and she had forgotten their straws too. She never asked what we needed, just had to tell her and then she never said "sorry about that", or anything else. Never smiled the whole time. The interaction was painful.“

“We come to that quite often to camp and we love Jimmie Macs. They are always crowded. A couple of weeks ago, they skipped our name on the list and instead of seating us when a table came open they kept taking names of everyone who came in the door instead of letting them wait.“

“This chocolate shop has so many different options to choose from. We picked chocolate covered marshmallows, maple chocolates, turtles and chocolate coated pretzel sticks. Next time we plan to try some fudge. We sat outside the store at the tables and chairs and enjoyed our purchases.“
