It's completely the same, but it's been completely upgraded and updated.They have fully restored the Cabins, greeting, house, kitchen, and lodge.Shick Builder's have done an amazing job with Davids attention to detail.The hiking trails are the same, so make sure to go to the meadow.“

“Boojum is our favorite place to eat in Haywood county. We have been coming here two or more times a week for 4+ years. My husband loves the beer, especially the dark beer (so thankful they brought graveyard fields back). I am not a drinker but I come for the food! The food is always wonderful! The specials are always delicious. I love that they change up the menu periodically. We love the staff as well! Bo, Sammi, Nathanial, Kellie, and several more that I always forget names but we love them all so much! Boojum has staff that has been there for years and that really shows us the staff are happy with their jobs for their long dedication. Our regular servers always know our drink orders and are always so friendly. We love the Halloween decorations and I recently went to the Gem for a painting nights which was so fun! Please never change, Boojum. We love y’all and can’t wait for your new restaurant to open!“

“This place is awesome. I came in with my family on a busy night, and can't say enough how exceptional the staff is. They are really friendly, and weren't at all flustered when there was a big rush of people. They have a great craft beer selection. My only complaint, which is also a compliment, is they close at 9 p.m. which allows the staff to still have a life outside of work. I certainly can't blame them for taking care of their people ?“
“After a morning of exploring this was the perfect find for lunch! We each got the Monday special (burger with fries or tots and a drink for $8) and it was the perfect amount of food. The burgers were juicy and a great size, the fries were crinkle-cut and crispy, and the ambiance was great. The only seating is picnic tables in the yard but they do have a restroom. We saw a lot of locals popping in on their lunch breaks and I can definitely see why this would be a regular spot!“
“First time here - what a blast!! Arrived around 8:30. There is no table service, so you order everything from the bartender. We had onion rings and buffalo chix dip, and both were really good. Prices were really reasonable too. The band on Thanksgiving Eve was amazing! We planned on a quick bite, but once the band started, we couldn't leave. We stayed till 1:30 am!!! It's been a long time since I stayed at a bar that long, but everyone was so friendly and I could not stop dancing!!! Made a few new friends too! Highly recommend this local favorite.“

“We just picked up for carry out, so I can’t rate the service or atmosphere, but the food was all incredibly good. Super impressed with how well it was all packaged and how delicious everything was despite the carryout - crispy things were still crispy, etc. So good!! Will definitely eat here again.“

“The egg rolls are great. They change them often to provide variety and we have yet to have one we don't like. The drinks are also very good: the bartender has a nice heavy pour. “We were in town for a family getaway and tried this restaurant. It was lovely. The service is great and the food was delicious. We tried the duck, the fried chicken and the trout as well as the duck wings and the chicken liver pate. We finished off with banana pudding. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.“
