“Boojum is our favorite place to eat in Haywood county. We have been coming here two or more times a week for 4+ years. My husband loves the beer, especially the dark beer (so thankful they brought graveyard fields back). I am not a drinker but I come for the food! The food is always wonderful! The specials are always delicious. I love that they change up the menu periodically. We love the staff as well! Bo, Sammi, Nathanial, Kellie, and several more that I always forget names but we love them all so much! Boojum has staff that has been there for years and that really shows us the staff are happy with their jobs for their long dedication. Our regular servers always know our drink orders and are always so friendly. We love the Halloween decorations and I recently went to the Gem for a painting nights which was so fun! Please never change, Boojum. We love y’all and can’t wait for your new restaurant to open!”

“Coffee was way too strong (even the medium roast). I also tried a Chai Latte and only drank about half because the taste wasn't right. Really neat space and decor. But falls a little short in terms of quality for any coffee aficionados.”

“Great tacos! I love the steak tacos here. Probably the best I have had. Their green sauce is perfect too. Most places around here the green sauce is so hot you can't even eat it. But Jose's green sauce is not too hot. The line sometimes is horrendous but that's because their food is great. Order ahead if you are able to, to keep from standing around waiting for your order.”

“Most excellent breakfast joint with great food and super friendly and polite, hard working staff. During COVID they sold meat at cost to help locals feed they're families when the stores were running out. I call ahead leaving work in the morning sometimes and breakfast is ready with a smile by the time I come through. THANK YOU Buttered Biscuit!!”

“We chose Maggie’s Galley on the strength of the reviews. And it did not disappoint! The wait was only 15 minutes and while we waited, Anna made me a spectacular margarita with my favorite tequila, Patron Silver! Very good. She got the rest of the drinks—very nice wine list, and we were seated! Cody was our server and he greeted us warmly and brought water. We had several questions which he handily answered and made a few suggestions. Among the four of us, we sampled the seafood chowder (very good!), fried shrimp and flounder, seafood lasagna (outstanding!), grilled grouper, dinner salad (very fresh and the ranch dressing—yum!) crab cakes (excellent ) and twice baked potatoes (best I’ve ever tasted!) As you might imagine, we didn’t have room for dessert! The prices were very good. This was an excellent choice for a Monday in Waynesville! We highly recommend Maggie’s Galley!”
