SINCE I LIVE RIGHT BEHIND LOWE'S AND HAVE SEEN THEIR TRUCK THERE, I POPPED OVER TO GET SOME LUNCH.
THEY SERVE THE ABSOLUTE BEST PAPUSAS I HAVE EVER EATEN. THEY ARE COOKED PERFECTLY, A LITTLE CRISP AND THE CHEESE AND CHICKEN WERE JUST SPOT ON. TYPICALLY I HAVE ONLY HAD A RED SAUCE SERVED WITH PAPUSAS, BUT THEIR GREEN SAUCE WENT VERY WELL WITH THE SLAW. I ALSO ORDERED A GORDITA, BUT COULD NOT EAT DUE TO BEING TOO FULL FROM THE PAPUSAS, WHICH COME 3 TO AN ORDER. FANTASTIC PRODUCT.

This is a food truck in the Lowe’s parking lot. Best vegetarian and crispy potato tacos I tried. On the way from TX to NC. This was best food stop we made.
