So we had a fantastic supper. Service by Hattie was so very attentive & she tended to our every need.My husband & I shared fried green tomatoes & then ordered more! They were hot, crispy & delicious. We shared a Seafood platter with Fried Cod, Shrimp, and Hushpuppies, & coleslaw all cooked to perfection!We would have had dessert, but we had no room!We definitely recommend the Blue Rooster for value, quality & great service!
I was thoroughly impressed by The Blue Rooster. You would think that it was just a little café with the name and location, but it is a nice little restaurant. I had fried chicken rolled in a spicy honey sauce that had so much flavor. The asparagus and collard greens were delicious, too. The staff were incredibly polite and the owner/chef even came out and spoke to us. I will definitely be returning.
