“I don't have an Arby's in my town, so when I pass by this Arby's it is a treat. The food is always good, but it seems like each time I come through it's "thank you for choosing Arby's please hold" then I'm sitting at the speaker for upwards of 5+ minutes, then when I pull up to the window I pay them I'm asked to pull up to past the window to wait for however long. The food is great but the wait sucks.“

“My kid asked me to write this review. He loved the chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. We also had banana split- so good, New York cheesecake royal blizzard & pineapple topped ice cream. And we ordered cheese curds and onion rings to go. We ate the onion rings way later and they were still crunchy and delicious which doesn’t happen often. Quick service by the employees.“

“Ordered from the self-serve kiosk the morning manager was kind of rude I was the last in line of a busy morning and she set my food down on the takeout counter and walked away real quick without offering me any condiments and what kind of irritated when I asked for some mayonnaise

Parking: The drive-thru makes it hard to get in and out the front main door be careful of people in the Drive-Thru I almost got hit one day buy a car waiting for the line not watching what's going on“
