“Stopped by Dairy Queen in Cherokee, NC with my kids and had a solid experience. My oldest son and I both got banana splits, and they were absolutely perfect—fresh, well-made, and exactly what you want from a classic DQ treat.

The service was good and everything came out quickly. The only downside is the building itself—it’s older and could definitely use some updating. The ceiling tiles and parts of the interior look like they need some repair.

Overall, great ice cream and a good stop, just needs a little TLC on the building.“

“This location has the most friendliest and attentive employees. I overheard a customer tell an employee about a wet floor in the bathroom. Immediately, an employee was heard saying 'I got the bathroom' and quickly disappeared. I was very happy that they handled it so quickly. Subway also sells Auntie Anne's footlong pretzels, which are fresh, hot, and delicious.“

“We had an outstanding experience at Pizza Hut in Whittier! We arrived with a large group of about 28 Scouts after a day of whitewater rafting and were on our way back to Daniel Boone Scout Camp.

Even though the dining room was officially closed, the staff graciously opened it for us and welcomed our group so we could sit down and enjoy our meal together. That level of hospitality was greatly appreciated.

We had pre-ordered our pizzas about 30 minutes in advance, and every pizza was fresh, hot, and ready when we arrived. The food was excellent, and the service was even better. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to take care of our group.
