Cashier was friendly and attentive. Drink station was clean. Offerings of soda were a bit more sparse than I've grown used to from the Coca-cola Freestyle machines, but no less than a classic drink station would offer. Food was excellently assembled and packaged. No system directing the formation of a line though. For a sub place this ain’t it. Customer service was spot on but apart from that firehouse subs do not compare to other sub spots. Dare i say i might even take subway over them. I did like how they offer hot subs and some sub places only offer a cold option.

I did an online order and when I walked in to pick it up it still was not ready. The place was not busy at all with just 2 people inside eating. Sun was good but they gotta get on the ball with orders.
