Don't know what's going on with this place. Used to be good but lately having to wait 15 mins just to take our order with Noone in front of us. Then waited additional 20 mins for one small and med sandwiches. Prior visit the manager had to tell the employee to help us vs stocking chips when he came in. After we stood there already for 15 mins.Plus today the customers behind us let Kelly know there's no ice. Then suddenly she's slamming things obvious that she was annoyed. Then when we checked our sandwiches basically no meat on the small. Normally they give a good amount. Took too long and couldn't go back in to say something.????

This was an excellent little place. But back a year or so, there was an older gentleman managing the place. I placed an online order for my wife and myself. It said, "order ready at 3:25". I waited until 3:30 to walk over. Walked to the pickup area and waited. Not 1 of the 4 employees even acknowledged me. I finally said to the young man that I had an app order. Nothing. Mind you there were only 6 customers in the place, a family of 4, and a couple. No customer service whatsoever. The young man with the tattoos and the phone glued to his hand would never, ever work for me.

Service, food, everything was awful. Dirty store, staff that didn't seem to care, no medium cup lids, restroom was God awful. I got the hero sub, and something tasted bad on the sandwich. Which layer made me sick. Never again. Plus, it was way overly priced .

I did an online order and when I walked in to pick it up it still was not ready. The place was not busy at all with just 2 people inside eating. Sun was good but they gotta get on the ball with orders.

Normally we are very pleased with this location , today we came through heading to pigeon forge..my husband went to order and when the food was ready ,he told the girl it was backwards we ordered a medium hook and ladder and a large Italian well it was reversed.. instead of fixing it she proceeded to argue with him saying that it was what he ordered!...No it is always the same order..I was going to go make her fix it but he said no it's ok ! What ever happened to customer service? This person needs to be educated on that!...

We came in sat nov 25 th around 2. For two large sandwiches. Mine was steak & cheese no peppers. Got ready to eat it and it barely had mayo and nothing else. No cheese no mushrooms barely any onions and the bottom bun was hard. This is the first bad experience I’ve had at any firehouse sub. This was the first visit at this one. Not impressed. I would like to receive a refund.

Ordering was the best part, friendly and quick. However food took forever to fix with not too many customers. Out of 3 or 4 employees present, only one was preparing subs, and she acted like she didn't want to be there. Never smiled or said anything even after being thanked with a smile. $16 Sub had minimal toppings and it wasn't that great. Recommend go somewhere else.
