“Everybody knows that the town of Franklin is probably one of the only towns in Western North Carolina. Which has waged this ongoing weird sort of lame war on the homeless. There are virtually zero resources for those who are struggling severely to get and keep some work or to maintain some sense of dignity. While this is my lifelong community's greatest shame, and embarrassment, by which Franklin sort of quietly suffers--its Bojangles has been an otherwise brilliant, quiet and unexpected little exception to this gay little rule. The restaurant really has done a great job of standing out And being part of the decency of our locals. As someone who is also struggling and homeless out here in the cold without a place or family to help me, this restaurant has gone above and beyond to help me simply eat a warm meal every once in a while. I highly recommend this restaurant.. It's gotta be pretty f****** embarrassing, too. Treat a homeless man any differently than how this Bojingles does. I call it... Hobojangles! =D“

“On September 1, 2022 I ate at Captain D’s in Franklin, NC. I went through the drive-through and received stellar customer service and the fish was so delicious. Cashier went above and beyond and put all the condiment in the bag. So amazing! Thanks for all you do, keep up the great job. Todd“

“If you are looking for fantastic tacos straight from Michoacán, this is your stop. I have come from Asheville for several years because it's worth the drive. If you can handle the spice, ask for the habanero sauce! It's more flavorful than the other options. But do be warned, it punches pretty high!“

“5 stars for being considerate. My wife got over heated on the motorcycle and when we got going again, stopped at this store for some fresh air conditioning. Told the lady what happened. She gave us some ice water and a few pickles to help.
I give reviews a lot so I can't say anything about the taste of food except the pickles were good. However, the store was spotless, clean. All the food bar looked fresh. So thanks for your help.“

“I don't eat fast food often, but we decided to stop for something quick, while in Franklin, NC. The og chicken sandwich was really good and the lettuce was nice and crisp, not wilted, etc and a decent amount. The cashier was wonderful! She was patient and helpful. The employees were so friendly! I left, almost not caring of the good was bad. Receiving good friendly customer service isn't always easy to find. Well done to that location. Keep up the good work.“

“I know that this 24 hr spot is the best one on the map for the area. What we see on door dash is that it is closed at midnight. The first pic is what we see if we look to order after midnight on door dash, how many people would be buying late night delivered hot food if it was corrected to be like other 24 hr McDonalds that are set right? (See second pic) I hope a few hundred likes will convince someone to look into it and correct the hours on the restaurant side so door dash can deliver the goodness after midnight! Thank you!“

“Just started going here on my lunch breaks like two weeks ago and the food has been REALLY solid, barring that they keep SLATHERING my burger with ketchup and mustard lol
The fries are DELICIOUS and crispy, instead of soggy like at McDonald's. They haven't once parked me off to the side to wait 10 minutes on a single sandwich order yet so thats 5 star service in fast food terms. Not much to speak on in terms of atmosphere since there's no dining room but thats cool cuz I always eat in my car anyways. I recommend the Smashers highly but I still gotta try some of their drinks... Oh and the dude at the window, Christian I believe, has been very chill and professional when I interacted with him.“

“I love papa John's and it's my go pizza when I'm too lazy to go out. Door dash delivered a cold pizza. Kelly, the GM went over and beyond to fix something that was not their fault. Door dash was scolded although they're a nessessary evil since it's hard to keep drivers these days. Kelly is world class!“

“I'm not in the habit of reviewing places like McDonalds all that much, but this one, in Franklin, NC was well kept, clean, fast serving and had a wonderful atmosphere! I kept watching this older man, who either was the manager, or at the very least, an older, wiser employee, who basically ran the place, and they kept a crackerjack operation going! The food was awesome, and the bathrooms were clean and well kept, a fact a LOT of McDonald's don't seem to keep up with well. It was lunchtime, and they were spot on! I recommend this McDonalds if you are out on the road, and go into Franklin to eat.“
