What is this? Has Taco bell started hurting so badly, that they can only give you 6 to 8 chips? I'm sorry but for the price you pay, this is ridiculous.
Only two customers were there while we were, but it was hard to find a clean table and trash receptacles were overflowing.
Lately this location has gone severely downhill. They are super slow, always having employee turnaround, food always on the floor at the work station, tables are always sticky and gross. Employees are not quick to acknowledge customers. Most of the time refuse to take anyone's order at the counter and make even elderly people use the kiosk that have how idea how to. Many, many improvements could be made.

Taco Bell in Franklin is a decent spot with friendly service and consistently great food. The staff is professional and polite, with Gabriel standing out as an excellent employee. While the prices might be higher than other locations, the food is well-prepared and delicious. The drive-thru is always quickly moving, although it can be tight for bigger vehicles like larger SUVs or big trucks. They are quick to fix any order mistakes, and the Baja blast is always refreshing. However, there have been some issues with special requests, as some customers have experienced missing items in their orders, including the chicken cantina bowl. Additionally, this location refuses to do DoorDash orders at night, even though it shows as open, which can be frustrating. Overall, it remains a good place to grab a quick bite during the day.
