Everybody knows that the town of Franklin is probably one of the only towns in Western North Carolina. Which has waged this ongoing weird sort of lame war on the homeless. There are virtually zero resources for those who are struggling severely to get and keep some work or to maintain some sense of dignity. The two stars for service and the two stars for atmosphere reflect only on the young man taking orders at the front counter. The rest of the staff in my experience has always been very professional and very kind. The young man that works the front counter seems to lack basic understandings of customer service.
