last sat evening went for usual baby back rib dinner. ordered ice tea unsweet it came sweet, ordered side salad with balsamic dressing it came with honey mustard dressing, ordered 3 baby back ribs got half a slab of st louis ribs. asked for some wet wipes and they were brought over we opened two pack which ]were dry. Still gave our waitress a nice 20 % tip. Will see what happens next sat !
THE BBQ IS FANTASTIC! The banana pudding is really good. Baked Beans, YES! BBQ with the Strawberry Chipotle Sauce on Texas toast, SO GOOD! One of my favorite restaurants in Franklin!
Finally got to eat here and we were not disappointed. The brisket burger was awesome! The staff were happy and eager to help. Highly recommend.

Haywood Smokehouse serves delicious BBQ with generous portions, including the massive Brisket Burger on toast with mac and cheese. The mac and cheese is flavored with black pepper, just right. Friendly and professional service complements the great food. The BBQ is so good, it's been called the best, even by a Tennessee native.
One of the Top3 Brisket plates ever, the marbling on the Brisket is perfect, creating a super juicy and flavourful dinner. The pork and brisket could use more smoke for some, but the lean meat in both the brisket sandwich and pork sandwich is delicious—the best BBQ in Western North Carolina. Whatever you crave—brisket, chicken, pork, turkey, mac n' cheese, collard greens, or more—they have it all, and it’s all delicious. Great service, friendly staff, and very attentive, even when busy.
