When we saw that there was a subway at this location, it only made sense to stop and fuel up. LeAnne was our sandwich artist, who served us delicious food with a smile. “We are visiting North Georgia and spotted the Pizza Hut in Clayton, GA. Ordered our favorite pizza and took it back to our cabin to enjoy. This was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. “The local owners just spent quite a bit of money giving one of the oldest restaurants in Rabun County a new facelift which added a drive-thru. A few years ago this restaurant what's on the chopping block in just a few days from permanent closure when a local entrepreneur came in purchased the then struggling store. It has really rebounded, especially in the summer months“

I requested less protein and fewer sauces on my son’s tuna sub, and everything was taken care of perfectly. Just perfect!“

“Zaxby’s in Clayton offers good, tasty food that’s served hot and fresh, and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, the cleanliness of the establishment could definitely use some improvement. The Coke Freestyle machine, in particular, was in serious need of cleaning, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, the food and service make for a decent visit, but I’d recommend they pay more attention to maintaining a cleaner environment—especially around the drink area.“
