When we saw that there was a subway at this location, it only made sense to stop and fuel up. LeAnne was our sandwich artist, who served us delicious food with a smile. “We are visiting North Georgia and spotted the Pizza Hut in Clayton, GA. Ordered our favorite pizza and took it back to our cabin to enjoy. This was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. “I actually came here one week ago, on June 19. I came through with a group of seven people returning from kids camp, and we placed a mobile order. I know Chick-Fil-A as a reputable chain for getting food right, but because the order was sooo big and contained seasonal items, I had my doubts that everything would be right. When we arrived around 12:30ish, there was a huge group of campers from a completely separate camp (also returning home, I suppose) and the restaurant was absolutely slammed. Despite this, we got our food rather promptly, and everything was right down to a T- minus a missing fork. that's it. all the food was prepared correctly, quickly, and HOT! i pledged to the group in the car that I would give y'all a five-star review if you got all the food correct, and you deserve every bit of it!“

“The local owners just spent quite a bit of money giving one of the oldest restaurants in Rabun County a new facelift which added a drive-thru. A few years ago this restaurant what's on the chopping block in just a few days from permanent closure when a local entrepreneur came in purchased the then struggling store. It has really rebounded, especially in the summer months“

“Zaxby’s in Clayton offers good, tasty food that’s served hot and fresh, and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, the cleanliness of the establishment could definitely use some improvement. The Coke Freestyle machine, in particular, was in serious need of cleaning, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, the food and service make for a decent visit, but I’d recommend they pay more attention to maintaining a cleaner environment—especially around the drink area.“
