“We stopped by this Wendy’s on our way back home to Asheville from Atlanta. It was a bit late and not many people were there. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager made our chicken sandwiches fresh and offered us complimentary Frosties when it took a little longer than usual. The food was very good, freshly made, but the thing that really shines about this little restaurant is the staff, at least on this night, they made us feel very welcome after a long day of driving.“
“My sister, brother-in-law & I stopped on a recent road trip. They ordered & paid for their meals with a debit card. I ordered & attempted to pay for my order in cash. The young man working the register was unable to figure out my 28¢ change while looking at the receipt in his hand. 1 quarter & 3 pennies, dude!! The food was quite good with fresh, hot fries & a tasty Mcdouble. I would definitely stop at this location again.“
“We ordered the new barbecue pork cheeseburgers. Didn’t realize until we got home we had plain cheeseburgers. Contacted Sonic. They provided two complimentary barbecue pork cheeseburgers. We picked them up tonight. They were very good. Service was great. Very rare to get such good service since Covid especially fast food. Truly refreshing“

“I am writing this review a little late, I got my food in February hence the heart-shaped biscuit, which I greatly appreciated. I was in town to drop off some paperwork at a doctor’s office, and passed this location on my way back to work. I downloaded the Hardee’s app on my phone and put a quick mobile order in. I ordered a hand-breaded chicken biscuit for breakfast, and it came out to around $5 total. The biscuit was delightful. The chicken was good, a little chewy here and there, but overall better than a McChicken biscuit. We got our food very quickly after letting the drive-through people know that we did a mobile order. The staff were courteous and responsive, which I loved.“
“Ive heard bad things about this place but i figured id come see for myself. Had a really big order and they got everything correct. Customer service was great and all the workers are super friendly. “my husband and I came in yesterday for a late lunch, and not having been in Franklin before we walked into J.R. Chophouse after antiquing next door. we were greeted warmly by the sweetest man, Mr. Keith and he informed us very well of the specials while he sat us. he was the sweetest person we encountered during our whole honeymoon week in north carolina. then we were served by Faith, who is the absolute best! our drinks never went empty and she checked on us multiple times. we had the mozzarella lollipops for our appetizer and dear heavens. those are one of the top 10 best things I have ever eaten in my life. the batter was to die for and the cheese was just wonderful. i had the large blueberry salad with chicken and it was wonderful. my husband had the north carolina burger and he said the pimento cheese was a wonderful touch, and the onion ring on top was the best he had ever had. the batter was similar to the lollipops and you could just pull the onion ring apart without the onion itself slipping out :’) all in all, we had a fantastic experience and we hope we can come back someday. we wish y’all the best!“
