5 Best Burger Restaurants in Franklin

“I don't eat fast food often, but we decided to stop for something quick, while in Franklin, NC. The og chicken sandwich was really good and the lettuce was nice and crisp, not wilted, etc and a decent amount. The cashier was wonderful! She was patient and helpful. The employees were so friendly! I left, almost not caring of the good was bad. Receiving good friendly customer service isn't always easy to find. Well done to that location. Keep up the good work.“

“My wife and I eat there regularly. The service is great and the food is fantastic. It kinda got off to a rocky start when it first opened but with a new Head Chief and extra servers, who are very friendly and helpful, it has come along to be one of the better restaurants in Franklin.“

“I know that this 24 hr spot is the best one on the map for the area. What we see on door dash is that it is closed at midnight. The first pic is what we see if we look to order after midnight on door dash, how many people would be buying late night delivered hot food if it was corrected to be like other 24 hr McDonalds that are set right? (See second pic) I hope a few hundred likes will convince someone to look into it and correct the hours on the restaurant side so door dash can deliver the goodness after midnight! Thank you!“

The fries are DELICIOUS and crispy, instead of soggy like at McDonald's. They haven't once parked me off to the side to wait 10 minutes on a single sandwich order yet so thats 5 star service in fast food terms. Not much to speak on in terms of atmosphere since there's no dining room but thats cool cuz I always eat in my car anyways. I recommend the Smashers highly but I still gotta try some of their drinks... Oh and the dude at the window, Christian I believe, has been very chill and professional when I interacted with him.“

“I'm not in the habit of reviewing places like McDonalds all that much, but this one, in Franklin, NC was well kept, clean, fast serving and had a wonderful atmosphere! I kept watching this older man, who either was the manager, or at the very least, an older, wiser employee, who basically ran the place, and they kept a crackerjack operation going! The food was awesome, and the bathrooms were clean and well kept, a fact a LOT of McDonald's don't seem to keep up with well. It was lunchtime, and they were spot on! I recommend this McDonalds if you are out on the road, and go into Franklin to eat.“
