The helpings are plentiful, the menu is big, the prices are great, and service is outstanding. Southern Gals has a great and tasty breakfast offerings. The locals line up for their famous once a week meatloaf. Everything on the menu is delicious and tastes home made. The atmosphere may not be the best for todays standards, but it sure brings back memories of the past with the great offerings of food and the friendly service that makes you feel like family.“
“Great service. Trisha (Trish) was kind, professional, and efficient. The food was hot and fresh. Unfortunately the floors were SLICK. I'm talking dang slick. Basically ice skating lol. Hubby also said the men's restroom was a mess.“
“Went here the first time I got the catfish sandwich, and my husband got the burger and fries. The cat fish had just a little breading with plenty of fish and great flavor. The burger was fresh, and the fries were homemade. This is a small place, with seating inside and outside. It's clean and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly. They also have take outs. A constant flow of people in and out. Will be back.“
