Stopped by for a pancake breakfast and they didn't disappoint. Ordered pancakes and sausage with a sweet tea. It was all really good, reasonably priced and great customer service. The building is a little dated but overall great experience.
The food was great. The service was friendly and nice but was not completely attentive. I service was not awful if that is what anyone is getting out of this. I have a very particular man that when his glass is empty and stays empty for a period of time while he is eating, he isn't happy about that. That is all I can say was the service issue. Other than that, things were great.

Step back in time to the good old days when you visit this restaurant. Pretty much, this restaurant probably hasn't changed over the many years its been here. The helpings are plentiful, the menu is big, the prices are great, and service is outstanding. Southern Gals has a great and tasty breakfast offerings.
