On September 1, 2022 I ate at Captain D’s in Franklin, NC. I went through the drive-through and received stellar customer service and the fish was so delicious. Cashier went above and beyond and put all the condiment in the bag. So amazing! Thanks for all you do, keep up the great job. Todd
Hot and fresh!
We visited Franklin, NC for the Rock & Gem shows each May. We own a Rock Shop in Iowa and travel the 13 hours not only for the show but vacation and celebrating our wedding anniversary. We don't have Captain D's in Iowa. We've never had a bad meal. The battered and baked fish are excellent. We tried the new fried oysters tonight and enjoyed them. Good coleslaw and hush puppies too! Instead of fries, I opt for the steamed broccoli but there are other selections.
