“Our family of four had a great experience here. We find ourselves in Franklin quite often lately and were looking for a new dining experience. The service was great except that it took a while to get a host/ hostess as we waited upon entering. Seemed innocuous enough at the time. Our server was very good, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was very nice (elegant without being stuffy). The mozzarella Lollipops are definitely one of the best things I've ever tasted.I have read the bad reviews and I'm shocked, honestly, because it almost seems like there's some sort of bipolar nature to this restaurant. We absolutely cannot understand why there are any bad reviews based on our experience. I do believe the reviews as they are very specific and seem authentic. “Stopped in for the first time the other night. Didn't know what to expect due to mixed local reviews. Also being from the coast, I'm skeptical of seafood places in the mountains...that being said, I had the parmesean grouper and my special lady friend has the blackened grouper. Both were on point and the portions were surprisingly big. Chef Rusty knows exactly how to prepare grouper. Cooked perfectly with a crispy outer crust and still tender and delicious on the inside. The blackened grouper was awesome as well. Amanda our server was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Clam chowder was also great. Best sweet tea in town.We will be regulars now. Give them a shot, and judge for yourself.and try the cake!“
