Ordered delivery online. Tracker said pizza was delivered, but it wasn't. Called to inquire, after several minutes on hold the guy who answered put me on hold again. Still holding 10+ min later driver called to say she was at different hotel but on her way to me. Verified with front desk I had entered correct address. Pizza was 25 minutes late and of course wasn't hot. Too bad because it was still good and would have been a 5 if promptly delivered.
The wait for our food was too long, and it was cold when we got it. I get the impression that items that are not pizzas are pre made and frozen for easy heat and eat. That works if the items are heated thoroughly. Neither item was. I was disappointed, but they did redo the items. It took more time.

I ordered a pan pizza with hamburger, ham and green peppers. Hamburger is my favorite. They put on piece of hamburger on each slice. Not cool! I should've checked it first.
