They need help. I've been there twice. First time was great. Second awful. The manager was trying so hard to lift his staffs morale. Little to no cheese on anything. Floor and counters were dirty. They were overwhelmed and understaffed.

The touch screen order started the worst trip to Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I’m a local and love Taco Bell but this was insane. Two of the workers had on dirty, torn gloves that looked more like they’d been gardening than cooking. Saw one employee drop a seasoning shaker, wipe it on his shirt, keep using it. Food was wrong and not very good at all. Super disappointed.
