An abundance of cold adult beverages, plus basic sundries, overpriced as expected. No clothing for sale. Employee at door controlling masks and capacity.
Was a good place. Nachos were good. A true tourist destination. Lots of things to observe and so many different elements.

This place is beautiful for sure. Myself and 13 year old & 27 year old went 7/22/2020. All the staff were friendly and took health procedures seriously.we did the guided tour so we can learn about the area and because we did not know what to expect. The river is NOT dangerous at all ! Only one medium size falls at the end. So next time we are going solo, One person per Duck boat. I do recommend if this is your first time rafting.

My wife and I used to be frequent customers of NOC back in the late 90s and early 2000s. We always had great service and experiences. We often chose them over less expensive options because of their service. However, times seem to have changed NOC approach to customers. After not spending any time in the area for several years we recently began to plan a trip and some activities. I placed two phone calls to NOC about some kayaking and both times the person I spoke with was not helpful and was borderline rude. Since the phone calls were not productive we decided to just set up the kayaking when we arrived.Things were no better in person. Of the 3 persons I spoke with I had responses of "I don't know" (with no offer of sending me to someone who did), a response of "that's not a me question you'll need to ask someone else" (again with no hint as to who) and the third and final person gave me a "I got no clue about that". At That point we realized NOC didn't want our business and we left and went to another service nearby. We had a family of 4 with us from out of town and we had been bragging about NOC to them prior and about our experiences with NOC in the past. Needless to say we were embarrassed to have bragged so much and then get the responses we did. Certainly the customer service we used to know there is long gone.

Great atmosphere, quick and great food, and a good selection of local beers and some excellent cocktails! Went for a bite to eat and a drink after rafting and it was a great way to end our visit!
