No one in the drive-through, and we were in the lobby waiting in line for over 30 mins, and there were not many customers in line, so it was frustrating. The girl waiting on us would wait on one person every 10 mins as if they couldn't take more than one order at a time. Will not be coming back.

There slow they don't have enough staff they give you attitude when requesting food they didn't give u what u ordered an it took almost a half hour to get your food

This has to be the worst Bojangles I have ever visited. I waited 10 minutes and they took not one order. There were eight people in line. The employee appeared to know the young lady first in line and allowed her to pull three of her friends ahead of all of us. At that time, we walked out as well as another couple.

First time being in Bojangles, the fried chicken was absolutely delicious 😋 and I will be definitely coming back there was plenty of parking and the staff very friendly and the restaurant was very clean.
Vegetarian options: Not veggie friendly. Even veggie sides are meat flavored. (Fries share same oil as chicken - just a bay over) The biscuits contain milk, frozen lard. If you're veggie restricted.....this is not your place!
Food was typical. People acted like minimum wage employees.

Me and my family frequent this Bojangles every weekend while we are renovating a cabin we bought near by the food and service is always good but the drink machine delivers flat soft drinks and we have asked about it multiple times. You would think the managers would do a quality check . Could get a five star rating with a little effort

Not the first time this happened at this location. Went in to eat, there was 1 person (red curly hair) preparing orders at counter. After 10 minutes of standing there he never acknowledged that we were standing there. Lady came from back and we tried to stop her to ask for assistance and as she rushed by saying they have 1 person working the front. They had several working the drive through. I am a patient person but this was ridiculous, I understand businesses are short employees but at least acknowledge we are there.
