Service was quick & efficient. My biscuits were good and the lady working the window even gave my puppers a treat! Highly recommend this Bojangles and next time I'm in Bryson City, I'll stop by for breakfast!

Most time OK. Last two times went through drive thru. Later, found biscuits were shorted on egg one time, another time cheese instead egg. They were busy but should insure product is correct Next time will check before leaving.

The line at the drive thru was all the way around the building. I went inside and never ordered, either they have employees issues like everyone else or they need to restructure their program. I was very disappointed 😞
Food at this particular bojangles did not meet expectations. Fries were not very good. Watermelon tea was not good at all. Other food was good but not great.
