Yum! I got the vegetarian breakfast sandwich and caramel cider. Both were delicious. I took a cinnamon roll and jalapeño cheddar loaf of bread home. Also, delicious!! I will be back!!

Competent and friendly service, and a great range of pastries (mainly but not exclusively sweet).
Very delicious. Also good coffee, including flat whites.
Note though, the bakery only operates Friday thru Monday while coffee every day.

Love this place for coffee and the good vibes!
Wish there were more celiac friendly pastries. I know there are gluten free options, but I’ve been told they are baked in the same pan as the gluten-full pastries

Went early on a Friday to get the pastries . Pretty good all in all. The assortment changes all the time. I was hoping for some savory types but they only had sweet . My husband is the sweet eater...I tried one and it was great ...the peanut butter was way to much peanut butter cream he said but every one likes different stuff. I'd say if you can get in there to try something go for it.

Cute spot! So it’s a little hard to tell where the Bakery begins and the shop begins…they meld into one which gives the place a cool vibe.

I went to the cafe twice while visiting the area- their coffee is good, for a black coffee fan, I had their drip, americano, and a flat white. The winner for me was their americano! ☕️

Unfortunately, the bakery was closed. They had several signs posted that the bakery was closed from the beginning of September until almost the end of September. I overheard one of the employees saying their busy time is the summer and then peek autumn time ? and holidays. It sounded like this was the summer break for the bakery (which has great reviews). So if you are visiting in September you may miss the baked goods!

The shop adjacent to the cafe was great…for kids and adults alike!

Had a quick out of town and decided to visit Bryson City as we have never been there before. Found the shops mostly sold Bryson city merchandise, which is understandable but could use some variety, Bryson bakery we visited several times for coffee and a few gifts. They had several different items and comfortable chairs to enjoy our coffee. One thing I did notice was that the barbershop was in need of some help. I would hope someone would want to raise a little money for a new barber pole light and to replace the windows upstairs as they were tourn out and will quickly deteriorate the inside of this what looks like a very long standing business, with a little paint could help him out a lot. You can visit about all the shops in one afternoon. Free parking at the museum.
