My sister and I both got double quarter pounders meal. Nothing appeared or tasted wrong but nonetheless both ended up sick, either throwing up or just major nausea and gassy the whole night. What a bummer, should've waited in the hour long line at Bojangles instead

Horrible atmosphere, 5 different alarms going off in the kitchen beeping and booping. I feel sorry for the workers who have to listen to this annoying noise. Corporate McDonald's treats their workers like crap, if they had to listen to those alarms all day in corporate offices they would go crazy but yet they expect the restaurant staff to. Very annoying for customers also. I could not wait to leave this place. The staff was nice but corporate McDonald's is evil, one day we can put McDonald's out of business and dance on the ruins

I went to the counter and ask for ketchup and the girl at the front instead of handing it to me threw the packets in the container and walked away, very rude for a place that should excel in customer service. Fries are cold and burger was luke warm. Horrible experience

The people were super friendly and the service very fast given the customer volume. Only 3 stars though as my food must've been thrown into the bag from 3 point land since the hash browns were upside down and both sandwiches spilling out of their wrappers and coming apart. Not cool when on the move.

Do not waste your time going inside to order because nobody ever comes to the register. There's a bunch of employees and they all ignore you. Drive thru is good and the older lady cashier is very friendly and proficient.
I was having trouble with the app, she didn't want to help. I found d out after I got home that I was double chartered. I only got 2 chicken sandwiches & 1 lg fry.$31,80 & 2 transactions was done. They never answer the phone. So I called my Franklin store to get the corporate number. Pretty sad.

One of the worst branches I've visited. Cleanliness is 10%. The restaurant smells bad (raw chicken), an unacceptable smell. I hope they pay attention to it, because it reflects a negative opinion about the branch.
