I was having trouble with the app, she didn't want to help. I found d out after I got home that I was double chartered. I only got 2 chicken sandwiches & 1 lg fry.$31,80 & 2 transactions was done. They never answer the phone. So I called my Franklin store to get the corporate number. Pretty sad.

One of the worst branches I've visited. Cleanliness is 10%. The restaurant smells bad (raw chicken), an unacceptable smell. I hope they pay attention to it, because it reflects a negative opinion about the branch.

All employees seemed like they was high on something, took the cooks 20 mins for two cheese burgers and it was not busy if it was I could understand but it was slow. Needs new management and employees or needs to retrain employees.
The best place in town to get a Big Mac and chicken nuggets. Order ahead inside or at drive thru, never have to wait long at all. I give them a 10+.
Parking: Not much parking space, it's in a small space where you wouldn't think it would have plenty of space .
