Meatloaf was good but I would prefer the tomato based topping to be less since it masked the delicious mixtures of meat based ingredients which is the star of the dish. The flavor of the green beans on the side was excellent. The bread was delicious served with a garlic butter. Nice cocktails and good service. The atmosphere is wonderful and cozy. You must make a reservation several days in advance since they mostly cater to their hotel guests. This is undoubtedly the best upscale food in Bryson.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This was definitely the best meal we had in Bryson City. Our dining experience included meatloaf and trout. Though that sounds kind of bland, if you look at the photos, you’ll see why it was so impressive. The flavors were incredible. The trout was done to perfection and the open range meatloaf was exotic and delicious. The service was very professional and friendly.

We had a wonderful dinner and dessert here on our honeymoon. The trout was delicious and my husband enjoyed the etouffee as well. We also had the seasonal apple crisp dessert and it was the perfect combination of sweet and tart to round out our experience. Highly recommend!

For a small place with only 7 tables its food is excellent. The trout is absolute go to. Also the resoto. Need yo book in advance thoigh fills up fast.

We celebrated our 9th Wedding Anniversary at the Bistro and it was wonderful. We had the Trout and it was delicious. Highly recommend checking this place out. They also have a hotel that we will look into the next time we are over this way!

My husband and I are visiting and were told by a friend to check out the bistro at the Everett hotel. The owner Ron was so accommodating and made sure we got a reservation before we left town. So glad we got the chance to eat here. Such a beautiful place with great service and the food was amazing! We both had the trout which was lightly battered and perfectly cooked. Everything served along side the trout paired so well with each other! The drinks were great as well, We had the old redeemer and a Basil Hayden manhattan. My husband said he would eat here every night of our stay!

food was amazing. prices a little much LOL but worth it!!! not to mention our sweet our server was. she was also behind the bar. wish i remembered her name. deff would come back!
