Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the limited menu, and the troat with potatoes was very cold.
Food was amazing from starters, entrees and desserts absolutely wonderful! Waiter was great and the owner friendly!

This is our favorite restaurant and my husband and I have been coming since we started dating. We have driven 3 hours there and back from atlanta just for dinner and even had our post-engagement dinner there after he proposed in the national park! We’ve since gotten married and have a baby on the way and keep making our yearly trip to Everett! The longevity of the staff is a testament to how great this restaurant is! We see the same faces year after year and they have started to remember us too. We truly love it and my husband is obsessed with the meatloaf and the former-brownie ala mode. I am obsessed with the crab cake—when they have it, and the white chocolate bread pudding. It is quite literally my favorite dessert on this planet. We came tonight and were devastated to see that they changed the bread pudding recipe—the texture was completely different, larger, more dense and bread-y and less custardy and the signature crunch on top was gone 😭 I’m really sad. I really hope they will hear my feedback and go back to the original recipe. It was truly special and they didn’t need to change a thing. There was nothing like it!! This pregnant lady is very sad but I’ll be hopeful that next year when we make a our yearly trip, it will be back. Always 5 stars, no matter what. We do love it there! 💕

So glad we found this adorable and interesting bistro while vacationing on Fontana Lake for some fishing. The Tuscan Sausage Soup was perfectly prepared and delectable as was my chicken dish with a memorable Champaign Sauce. My husband's Filet was just perfect along with the bernaise sauce that was gluten-free, he even asked for more. And the perfect end to the meal was a luscious espresso. Hope we can return soon.

It is a very small restaurant so it can be difficult to get a table but it is SO WORTH IT! The fried trout was fabulous!

One of the best meals my husband and I have ever had. He has the trout and I had the risotto with filet!
First off- I have an allergy to dairy and gluten and they were able to accommodate AND make delicious food!!! They even had a dairy free and gluten free dessert!
The service was outstanding and the vibe is very relaxed and casual. Beautiful historic building. This restaurant is a must when visiting the area!!!

The food is always amazing! The only thing I wish they would do is bring back their Bistro Bowls because they were my absolute favorite dish. Servers are very professional and the atmosphere was very calm and cozy.

As local business owners in Bryson City (Kirklands Creek Campground & Cabins), we decided to make reservations for our anniversary. To say we were highly impressed would be an absolute understatement. The entire experience from the beginning, with the initial call to make the reservation until the end with our exit from the building, was truly heartwarming. We felt like family. Patricia was so pleasant and welcoming. Reagan’s service was impeccable. The food was top notch. Highly recommend the dates for appetizer, meatloaf for entree, and crème brûlée with an Irish coffee for dessert. Scott and his trusty security dog Saffi were a joy to speak to upon our departure. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Scott for a wonderful experience.

What a pleasant experience. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were excellent. Kiran gave us outstanding service and advice, while Patricia checked us into the hotel and answered all our questions for staying at the hotel and about town. The Everett is a gem and must visit hotel, bar, and restaurant when in Bryson City.
