It is a nice family run restaurant. The menu is simple and the food is good! We had breakfast and it’s pretty much exactly what you want if you’re wanting coffee, eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. They take cash and there is an ATM available on site. My kid got sick here (car sick, this is where we stopped to eat) and instead of being annoyed they were really kind to him and helped get us situated. How a place treats kids says a lot I think! Went for breakfast and everything was delicious. I highly recommend. We had hot chocolate (superb!), the egg and cheese biscuit was fluffy with a great flavor, and one of the best omelets I've had in a while.
I will be honest that this wasn't our first choice for breakfast we did enjoy our meals. We got our orders in quickly, got our drinks really fast and were lucky enough to get our food before the power went out in all of downtown. The only downside was that they offered grits but didn't have any. There is a sign that says they are short staffed and having went a little later in the morning that really did effect us. the food was freshly made, cooked just as asked and...
