We ordered two 2 for $5.99 bags in the drive-thru. Upon arrival to the speaker we were informed the location was due to close in 8 minutes time. I still ordered, not understanding whether or not this announcement meant we could or would not be served. Food was good but one of the 2 biscuits for $5 (sausage and egg was hard as a rock). The service is slow. I hope they hire more staff especially with the holiday season and end ot year fadr approaching. I watched customers wait for over 10 mins for food. Nice manager, friendly.

After returning from picking up breakfast just a minutes ago and needless to say I am just flabbergasted by the lack of pride one should have in doing the job correctly…..management has not trained the staff accordingly to meet the needs of the customer. Order was a smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage gravy biscuit with a small order of hash rounds….. Received a sausage egg and cheese biscuit a small has rounds a sausage biscuit and 2 cinnamon biscuits with icing on top……….. Clearly no one is checking their work…..

The people they have working are awful, they’re not trained, unprofessional, food was terrible, service was terrible. The guy working the drive thru has his AirPods in. Management needs to step up or shut this place down. What an embarrassment.

Stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes and despite locking eyes with multiple employees, noone said anything or took my order.
Today was the first time that I got old, dried out 10 piece chicken tenders. I will not ever order them again. I might not even ever eat at Hardees again. Very bad service.

Every time I come in here to do DoorDash orders, it’s unbelievably slow even when there is no one in the parking lot. do not order from the Hardee’s in bunn nc, they let the drink sit for 30 minutes and hadn’t even started on the other part of the order except the fries which made the fries sit for just as long. This order was supposed to be done and picked up 20 minutes earlier.

Came in June 8th Drive through was busy decided to go inside to order. Didn’t get greeted, it took about seven minutes Before somebody decided to ask if I had been helped. Responded with a note as I continue to order my food it took about 10 minutes just to get my food after I watch three separate people come into the store and order food no communication was made Fry the chicken or anything like that then the guy refused to hand me the bag because he knew I was frustrated this is ridiculous y’all are one of the only fast food restaurants in the city and y’all can’t get it together I won’t be spending any more money with you guys I would rather eat at the speedway across the street or drive down the road 10 minutes to get some food where they actually care plus the staff are just rude 60 bucks later soggy fries terrible chicken sandwich I’m at the point where I wish they knock it down and making a McDonald’s places is a joke would not recommend

Sad! Workers are super rude and treat customers like they are such a bother! Very rarely visit this particular establishment due to the unprofessional rude staff! The same sad service with bad attitudes even after waiting a few months in between visits!

To have to wait for 20 minutes for some fast food is ridiculous, and staff never makes you aware of updates on your food! Its meant to be fast food for a reason. And also the customer service is terrible and staff act like you are bothering them most of the time, but there are a select few who are nice and pleasant. I bet this place would be busier if they were faster and more polite to customers
