Came in June 8th Drive through was busy decided to go inside to order. Didn’t get greeted, it took about seven minutes Before somebody decided to ask if I had been helped. Responded with a note as I continue to order my food it took about 10 minutes just to get my food after I watch three separate people come into the store and order food no communication was made Fry the chicken or anything like that then the guy refused to hand me the bag because he knew I was frustrated this is ridiculous y’all are one of the only fast food restaurants in the city and y’all can’t get it together I won’t be spending any more money with you guys I would rather eat at the speedway across the street or drive down the road 10 minutes to get some food where they actually care plus the staff are just rude 60 bucks later soggy fries terrible chicken sandwich I’m at the point where I wish they knock it down and making a McDonald’s places is a joke would not recommend

Sad! Workers are super rude and treat customers like they are such a bother! Very rarely visit this particular establishment due to the unprofessional rude staff! The same sad service with bad attitudes even after waiting a few months in between visits!

To have to wait for 20 minutes for some fast food is ridiculous, and staff never makes you aware of updates on your food! Its meant to be fast food for a reason. And also the customer service is terrible and staff act like you are bothering them most of the time, but there are a select few who are nice and pleasant. I bet this place would be busier if they were faster and more polite to customers

They need to close down ! The food took forever, my fries were drenched in grease & old like they just cooked the first from 2/3 days ago. They tried to charge me for 2 drinks because I ordered an Arnold Palmer. Won’t be back

The orders take way too long to make, sometimes the burgers are burnt around the edges and they're definitely NOT Angus beef patties! Now on top of having to wait about 10 minutes for your order (that includes online orders) - which is not fast by any means - there's a $1.00 upcharge on their not-Angus-beef burgers when you order 2 burgers for their $5.99 Original bag meals!

After seeing so much public outcry, this location deserves one star for prioritizing order times in the drive-through, while completely overlooking common courtesies, timely service, hygiene, cleanliness in the workplace, and possibly worst of all, freshly made for your order. This place is an abomination. I have a previous review where I attempt to save face and Refrain from being so harsh, but my wife pointed out how her burger had the appearance of being stuffed up under a grill, was stale, cold, and tough. I've had enough, and tried multiple times to visit. Inconsistent is the nicest thing I can say, and it's terrible to think only 5 and 1 star reviews are receiving any attention from Corporate.
They are always slow and always ask you to pull forward when no one else is in the drive thru. Seems like they don’t want corporate to know which is crazy. My wife ask for a plain burger with just ketchup and no cheese! What do we get a burger with cheese. They constantly get annoyed when some comes through the drive thru. The workers have the worst attitude and they have no communication with the workers what so ever. It feels like they just want to stand around and get paid for free. This is honestly the WORST Hardee’s I’ve ever been too. And it’s really sad cause I only live 10mins away.
