“Excellent, small-town service and delicious gluten free pizza!I was promptly greeted by a friendly Fat Daddy’s team member who guided me to the menu so I can take a look at their GF options. I ordered the White Pizza (more on this below!). She then made a a big note that she would put in big letters “gluten allergy” to avoid cross contamination. I really appreciate food service staff who take this level of effort! This also shows me that the leadership take this seriously as well. Way to go!The white pizza… yall… lord. Have. Mercy. SOOOO good!!!!It wasn’t the typical white pizza (which is mostly ricotta) - this is garlic-lovers heaven! The garlic wasn’t overwhelming though - it was pronounced yet sweet and balanced well with the other spices and cheese.I can’t wait to go back to try more GF options!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free“
