Wonderful experience and hot, fresh food! Keyondrick does his job very well and with a smile on his face! Everyone working seemed pretty happy to be here and the atmosphere was orderly and structured. Management is doing something right here!

They closed earlier than stated and employee refused to make my food 20 minutes before closing because he wanted to close early. It was 9:40pm, don’t waste your time driving to this one in the afternoon. Horrible service.

$4.59 for large fries and the container wasn’t even properly opened up. Once I properly opened the container you can barely see the fries in it. Paid for an extra sauce but had to ask for the free one and the one I paid for before I pulled off. If this is the policy for employee so that this location can make max profit then this store is pathetic. Employees were nice but still irritated towards them because they are the one that physically ripped me off either by policy or just lack of caring.

Very slow inside and can't even get the order right ordered 2 steak egg a cheese biscuits sweet tea and a Pepsi got two plain steak biscuits and two sweet teas took so long to get the food didn't return it even though they're wrong and a price difference the guy working the register was acting like he just woke up and even said he was and even messed up the 4 orders in front of me need better help at the register.
They had good and speedy service but they forgot my biscuits and sauces. Also the food was warm and not hot. They also had run out of white meat.

Ordered an 8 pc meal half the chicken was cold the other half was warm. They said it would be a 15 mins. wait we waited 27 mins.. The dirty rice didn’t have any meat in it and it was overcooked and mushy. The worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to hands down.
