Caribou Coffee offers a welcoming atmosphere with an Alaskan feel mixed with a modern coffee house. The atmosphere is great and the decor is enjoyable. The seating inside is varied and comfortable.
The staff are consistently friendly, kind, and smiling. They are fun, attentive to detail, and speak knowledgeably about the coffee. Workers are never a bother and are always in a great mood, with the manager quick to help. Service is good.
The coffee is a highlight, with drip coffee that does not taste burnt. The light roast is tasty and a simple cup has no bitterness. Crafted press drinks and the pumpkin hai latte are delicious. Popular items include iced berry white chocolate mochas and hot cups for winter.
Food items are not too bad and often delicious. Specific meals like the breakfast burrito are so good, and items like the chocolate croissant and fluffy biscuit are recommended. The restaurant opens early, before 7am, and offers convenient ordering via an app.
