I have been going to this Cold Stone for over 9 years. It has been sold to very greedy money hungry person the prices have doubled, no staff, you can't even see the ice cream being made due to the over stock of cups, this man walks around all creepy I think he is the new owner . I will never go back to this Cold Stone I will drive to Greensboro, NC off Wendover to another Cold Stone better prices, better customer service.

Preordered the Fudge Truffle Decadence for my daughter’s birthday. Went to pick it up & they had forgotten to make it. The teenage girl found the paperwork where someone took the order. She called the manager, he offered to come in & make one but said it wouldn’t be ready for 3 hours. I ended up just buying a premade plain ice cream cake. But the girl working couldn’t personalize it.Won’t be ordering a special order from Coldstone in Burlington again.

It's been a while since I been to coldstone but had a taste for some ice cream. When I walked in the ambiance was different. The store was much brighter and it just didn't feel as welcoming. There were two older gentlemen there I've never seen before and they didn't seem very personable but the young girl who fixed my stuff was really sweet. Not sure where all the younger employees went but the vibe was off... just not the same. My ice cream was ok.

Higher prices now but also give you less ice cream. They don't make anything how you ask. They make it how they want to. Clearly a high employee turnover rate. Always have new staff or hiring. Can't seem to keep any of the seasoned ones around. And lastly, it ALWAYS stinks inside now like a sewage pipe busted. I've been coming here since I was a teenager.. so about 10 years now and they have fallen off quite a bit since then. Smh. This used to be my favorite place. I used to come multiple times a week.

This was my first time visiting a Cold Stone Creamery in a long time. I must say the visit I had on 10/26/23 was not what I was used to. First, when you enter the business the temperature was at least 80 to 85 degrees . Secondly, the smell was reaping like a bunch of sweaty football players had just entered the place. Thirdly, the ice cream was melted in the ice cream display box. The butter pecan ice cream was literally brown almost comparable to chocolate ice cream. Lastly, the young lady at the counter was very polite and friendly.
