It's been a while since I been to coldstone but had a taste for some ice cream. When I walked in the ambiance was different. The store was much brighter and it just didn't feel as welcoming. There were two older gentlemen there I've never seen before and they didn't seem very personable but the young girl who fixed my stuff was really sweet. Not sure where all the younger employees went but the vibe was off... just not the same. My ice cream was ok.
We walked in 30 min prior to closing, half of the lights were off, and all 4 of the girls working were busy cleaning and really didn't acknowledge us walking in. We had to ask if they were still open, at which point one of them came over to serve us. 2 stayed on their phones, and one was actively cleaning....I was a bit concerned about her cleaning the glass cases in close proximity to where the slabs for mixing the ice cream were. I walked was not greeted, also the person that waited on me didn't ask me how may I help you, it was my first time in the store, no recommendations, also the person didn't use gloves when he fixed my ice cream. I will not be returning to this location
