3 times now you have forgotten to add the pickle slice with our sandwiches! And when I have ordered a cold cut sandwich in the past it's always warm and that is kinda gross! I'm trying to give you my money here people...

Usually these subs are great..but the last few times our large subs have been so soggy you cannot even pick them up...I asked with my order today when I paid to please make sure they were toasted...to which the female caahier responded...they are always toasted..once getting home and unwrapping, they were even worse than the last time...had to eat with a fork and knife...not toasted and just were not good..they need uniform standards and employees who do not cut corners...very...

Hands down this place is the best on Church street in Burlington .They were very helpful and kind to me at the last minute getting graduation party subs ready. I orderd 3 party platters ( ham and turkey) after one of the bulk warehouses in town did not have my sub tray order.The store also prepared veggie subs for me that morning and then I came back to see if they could solve my issue and they did. The staff that worked 1030am to 4pm on June 8th definitely should get recognize...
