Older small outdated bakery. The owner, I's a grumpy man. I asked questions about an item/cookie, and he seemed rude that I didn't already know information/flavor about the cookie.
I recently moved to Gibsonville and have fallen in love with this bakery. The couple that own it are so kind and always remembers us when we come in! Their empanadas are delicious and the pastries are just as good. I definitely recommend visiting this local gem!!
Stopped in by chance and we are so glad we did. Ines, who the bakery is named after, is delightful! We tried the mini croissants stuffed with cream cheese and guava - just wow! The sweet was just right, not overpowering. We'll be back for the empanadas & other pastries. So many delicious choices!
My wife got me an assortment of the Empanadas for my Birthday two boxes worth... Wow... Empanadas are one of my favorite treats and these are easily the best in quality and flavor I've ever had... obviously hand made with very fresh and clean ingredients... I recommend getting an assortment because it was fun to be surprised by all the different fillings... Thank you Ines!
Excellent food and service, highly recommended the empanadas, thanks Ariel!
Cakes here are the best around with very reasonable prices. One of the reasons why they are always busy so make sure you call ahead on time for your personalized order.
I forgot to take pictures of my empanadas. I was so engrossed in the after the first one. I had the chicken, meat, and a spinach and chicken empanada.
It takes about 20 to fix them. The heat stays with these things too!
The owners are super nice. The shop is small, and that is not a detractor! There is nice seating outside.
I will be picking up some to take home.
I got lost and stumbled across Ines' Bakery today. They were very friendly and the empanadas were so good!
Next time I need to try their sweets. The flan looked amazing!

Ines Bakery in Gibsonville, NC is so good it breaks the rating scale - a solid 7 out of 5 stars!
This place is a hidden gem that will make your taste buds dance with joy. Their empanadas are nothing short of incredible. Perfectly crisp on the outside, with a savory, flavorful filling that'll have you coming back for more. Trust me, you'll want to try every variety they offer.
The staff is friendly and passionate about their craft, which shows in every baked good they produce. Ines Bakery isn't just a bakery, it's a destination. It's worth a special trip to Gibsonville just to experience this place. Your only regret will be not discovering it sooner!
