I'm a truck drive when I have time to stop and grab a bit. My family lives in Greensboro NC and they really enjoy eating at this location of K&W Cafeteria. It is really convenient it's just off 85, either North or Southbound exit 143 Burlington, NC. It's very convenient that my 18 wheel gets in and out with no problem.As you see, no meat for me. The serving sizes, especially for the prices, is much too small. A few of those serving ignored customers waiting to be served causing the line to be much longer than necessary. The sanitation grade needs to be improved!

I used to absolutely love K&W Cafeteria when visiting the Greensboro area, but this recent visit was disappointing. They were minimally staffed, workers appeared stressed out, and they didn't have many food items available. They also had very few salads available - no 7 layer salad, which is my favorite. The food quality on the items they did have was great but, regrettably, this overall visit was disappointing.
